Shipping

Shipping of a Large nursery is $90. This rate is weight based and so increases if you order more than one, or add other products to your order. If you live in the Northern Territory, please email us for a shipping quote.

Customers in very remote areas (especially remote WA) may incur additional shipping costs. If this does occur, we call to notify you and then email an invoice that'll link you back to our website so you can choose your preferred method of payment (or we can refund the purchase cost if you don't want to cover the additional shipping cost). If you are concerned that this may happen and would like to know before purchasing, simply send us an email with your delivery location and the product you are after.

In situations where greenhouses require freighting to regional areas, you may be required to collect the goods from the nearest depot of the courier company the product was dispatched with.

Green My Space ships from warehouses in multiple states across Australia including Perth, New South Wales, and Victoria. Please be advised that when ordering multiple items they may come from different warehouses and with different couriers. You will be sent multiple tracking numbers if this is the case.

If your items are in stock, the order will generally be dispatched within 3 business days of order placement. On very rare occasions this might extend a little longer. Items that are not in stock will be available on pre-order only, which will be indicated on the product page.

Pickups of the Sproutwell greenhouses are available from Geelong. Please contact us info@greenmyspace.com.au to organise. We can send you an invoice that excludes the shipping rate, or refund your shipping costs if you choose to add to cart and go through the check-put process.

Darby's Greenhouse

This is a terrific Greenhouse, bought to replace an old growing box it fits into our Veggie patch beautifully. Two issues, the 1. First issue is I was short some hold down clips and so sent off an email describing the part and the Greenhouse I had purchased along with my name and address. I received a form you wanted me to fill in and claim the part. Sorry this part was needed asap and your system was not very customer driven as you had all the information required in my Contact email. The 2. second issue is the instruction booklet, whilst it looked good and detailed was just not good enough. I have been a model boat builder for 20 years and found your instruction booklet didn't give enough step by step construction information. Having completed the build I am very happy with the product. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Unfortunately we do not hold any spare parts ourselves, and so any missing parts need to be sent direct from our supplier, using their processes. They do require an online form to be completed for any spare or damaged parts, but past experience has show they are very quick at responding to and dealing with these claims.

I agree with your issue about the instruction booklet, and so our supplier has recently produced an assembly video that is now emailed to all our customers after purchase.

So glad you are happy with the product. We choose to only stock Sproutwell greenhouses because we believe the quality of them is the best on the market.

Great little greenhouse!

I love this little greenhouse! Putting it up was challenging, but if you carefully read the instructions you can get it done. I would suggest some updates to the instructions which can be confusing at times. As a big plus (given the slightly confusing instructions) is the generous supply of more screws, nuts and bolts than needed. I ended up with a few extra bolts inserted in the frame than needed, but fortunately there were enough extras to cover this. Once up is is a surprisingly solid little structure. I live in a very windy area and I has withstood out windy spring well. All up an excellent little greenhouse for a very reasonable price. Love it.

First Greenhouse

It took a little bit of a wait time for delivery, but due to COVID there were delays. These delays were explained by the staff via emails. Greenhouse was delivered on the new time assigned.
The assembly booklet was good, but it is best to read it twice, so understand the complexity of its construction. Took my time and it was completed in one day.

Good design and construction

Greenhouse is exactly as described and works well and looks great. Takes some patience to put together and instructions could bee a little better but you get there in the end. Bought a automatic vent opener that works well and was said to be suitable for greenhouse. It is in size terms but needs some modification to attach.
